Sandwell Unpaid Carers Summit – Recognise – Refer – Reach

Do you provide extra support to a spouse, partner, child, relative, neighbour or friend?

Join Adult Social Care’s Commissioning Team on Wednesday 21 October from 9am – 12pm at West Smethwick Park for the Sandwell Unpaid Carers Summit — a chance for unpaid carers, health and social care partners, community organisations, housing, education, and large local employers to come together and help shape Sandwell’s response to the Government’s Action Plan for Unpaid Carers.

The summit will explore how we can better recognise unpaid carers, refer them quickly to the right support, and connect them with services that make a real difference.

If you want to be part of shaping Sandwell’s new Carers Action Plan and making practical commitments to improve support for carers, book your place today.
