Dementia care in Sandwell: Have your say!

We are seeking your views about your experience of dementia care in Sandwell, in relation to the NHS Dementia Living Well Pathway. Your feedback will help improve services for people living with dementia and their carers.

For more information about how we’re about what we are doing to make Sandwell a Dementia friendly place, including helping people live well with dementia and supporting people who need help to stay in their own homes rather than go into hospital or a care home, visit our Living Well With Dementia webpage.
