This supportive session offers a safe and welcoming space for Carers to recognise and talk about grief, connect with others, and explore ways to look after their own wellbeing.

During the session, Carers will:

  • Learn how grief can affect us emotionally and physically

  • Help and guidance from a qualified Counsellor

  • Explore practical self-care strategies

  • Have time to reflect and share experiences in a supportive environment

Every last Tuesday of the month (next up, Tuesday 28th July) | 11am – 1pm | St Albans Community Centre, St Albans Road, Smethwick, B67 7NL
