This month’s session is being led by Anne Barnes and is entitled Looking After Yourself through Change and Loss.

The session will touch on:

• Understanding grief before and after a loss
• When your caring role changes
• Permission to look after yourself
• Coping with difficult days
• Staying connected
• Small things that help
