Join for a relaxed community session as part of the You OK Mate? campaign, delivered in partnership with local organisations to support men’s health and wellbeing.

This friendly drop-in event is a chance for men to come together, have a cuppa, and talk – whether you’re feeling stressed, worried about a mate, or just want to connect with others. There’s no pressure and no judgement, just time, space and support.

You’ll be able to:

  • Talk in confidence with trained staff

  • Find out about local support and services

  • Meet others from the community

  • Take a break and enjoy tea, coffee and light refreshments
