Need a little help getting to grips with technology? Murray Hall Community Trust’s Cyber Smart workshops offer free, friendly support to help you feel more confident using phones, tablets and computers.

Patient tutors can support you with:

• Computer basics, including Word and Excel
• Video calls and emails
• Organising files
• Social media
• Staying safe online
• Managing appointments
• Using apps
• Problem solving

Whether you want to video call family, access NHS services or manage your benefits online, support is tailored to what you need.
