Would you like to learn how to ride a bike, build your confidence or develop your cycling skills?

The Sikh Helpline and Cycling UK are offering FREE adult cycling sessions in West Bromwich. The sessions are beginner-friendly, and you don’t need any previous cycling experience to take part.

Want to learn some basic bike maintenance too? There are also FREE Learn to Fix sessions:

The October session takes place on the same day as the Local 20 Miles Bike Ride.

Children can accompany you, but the adult must be on a bike and children remain the accompanying adult’s responsibility.

πŸ’š Whether you’ve never ridden before or simply want to become more confident on a bike, this is a friendly opportunity to learn, get active and develop a useful new skill.
