Dementia Walking Football & Carers Hub

Are you supporting someone living with dementia who would enjoy getting active in a friendly and supportive environment?
The Albion Foundation is running weekly Dementia Walking Football sessions at Leisure United, Friar Park. The sessions offer people living with dementia an opportunity to enjoy football at a pace that suits them, stay active and connect with others in the community.
Support for Carers too
While participants enjoy walking football, Carers can relax in the dedicated Carers Hub with a café area.
Enjoy a free tea or coffee, meet other Carers and access a range of wellbeing activities, creative workshops and support opportunities.
Carers must remain on site throughout the session.
