Relax Kids – Cradley Heath
Children’s relaxation and well-being class on Saturdays 11.00 am – 12.00 pm
With child mental health on the increase the classes have been devised to help raise self-esteem and confidence in children, support the development of healthy behaviour and help rise the achievement for children.
Relax Kids is a unique method of introducing children to relaxation. Each session is completed by using a seven step program that we have created which revolves around elements of social and emotional aspects of learning. Children are asked to complete activities including movement, games, breathing and stretching, self or peer massage, positive affirmation and visualisation.
Classes are themed, such as Pirate & Mermaids, Superheroes, Monster Emotions, Time Travellers, Detectives, Fairy tales, Amazing Animals etc…
