Spotlight Session: Employment Support for Young People with Additional Needs

Sandwell’s Employment Support Team has designed this event for families and Carers supporting young people aged 16–25 with additional needs.

The friendly, accessible session offers an opportunity to learn about the latest support available across Sandwell, including free, personalised guidance to help young people move confidently into employment, further education, training, or volunteering. Whether you’re looking for practical next steps, reassurance, or simply want to understand what’s out there, this session provides valuable insight.

A representative from the Employment Support Team will share updates, answer questions, and help families understand how the service can support each young person’s individual journey.
