There will be a variety of speakers, and it will be an opportunity to take a break, meet new people, and share your experiences in a casual and supportive environment.

You will also receive information & Advice from wider health and social care system partners about local and lifestyle services including how to manage long term help condition and employment/digital support.

There will be updates on all of the latest Forward Carers and Sandwell Carers Service events.
