Are you an unpaid family Carer whose loved one is currently in hospital?

If you help someone because they couldn’t manage without you, you are a Carer – even if you don’t view yourself as one.

Sandwell Carer Service can offer free confidential advice, and support.

Speak one-to-one with an information and advice officer to find out how to register as an Unpaid Family Carer and what support is available for you.

This month, it will be held at Midlands Metropolitan University Hospital, on the 5th floor, outside of the Patient Experience Office. It will be open to anyone from 1:30pm-3:00pm.

Feel free to pop along, share this with anyone it may help, or attend one of the following sessions. They are held every second Wednesday, rotating between Midlands Metropolitan and Sandwell Hospital.
