Can you strike it lucky bowling?\n\n\nMonthly sessions: \n2nd Monday of each month from 10th August 2026\, 12-2pm. \nUpcoming Sessions: \n\n\nMonday 12th October 12 noon – 2.00 pm\, Walk and Talk\, Sandwell Valley Country Park\, Salter’s Lane\, West Bromwich\, B71 4BG. Take a walk around the park and find out more about eating well. \n\n\nMonday 9th November 12 noon – 2.00 pm\, Boat Trip\, Dudley Canal and Caverns\, 501 Birmingham New Road Dudley\, West Midlands DY1 4SB. Enjoy a canal trip and a walk along the footpath. \n\n\nMonday 14th December 12 noon – 2.00 pm\, Christmas Meal\, The Fellows Bar and Grill\, 1 The Broadway\, Dudley DY1 4QD Tuck into some pub grub and get into the festive spirt.
