DESCRIPTION:Are you looking to build your confidence\, develop new skills and get support to return to work? \nStarting in September\, the New Horizons programme offers a range of learning\, wellbeing and employment support to help you take your next steps. \nThe programme is open to people aged 19+ who are: \n💼 Long-term unemployed💚 Living with a long-term illness or disability🤝 A Carer \nWhat support is available?\n👥 Face-to-face workshops covering teamwork\, equality and diversity\, communication skills\, maths\, English\, digital skills\, workplace skills\, budgeting and money. \n💚 Health and wellbeing support including resilience\, mindfulness\, self-confidence\, healthy eating\, exercise and fitness\, and first aid. \n📚 Independent learning – depending on the programme you choose\, you can complete online learning at your own pace.
