DESCRIPTION:Children’s relaxation and well-being class on Saturdays 11.00 am – 12.00 pm \nWith child mental health on the increase the classes have been devised to help raise self-esteem and confidence in children\, support the development of healthy behaviour and help rise the achievement for children. \nRelax Kids is a unique method of introducing children to relaxation. Each session is completed by using a seven step program that we have created which revolves around elements of social and emotional aspects of learning. DESCRIPTION:Children’s relaxation and well-being class on Saturdays 11.00 am – 12.00 pm \nWith child mental health on the increase the classes have been devised to help raise self-esteem and confidence in children\, support the development of healthy behaviour and help rise the achievement for children. \nRelax Kids is a unique method of introducing children to relaxation. Each session is completed by using a seven step program that we have created which revolves around elements of social and emotional aspects of learning.
