DESCRIPTION:Are you an unpaid family Carer whose loved one is currently in hospital? \nIf you help someone because they couldn’t manage without you\, you are a Carer – even if you don’t view yourself as one. \nSandwell Carer Service can offer free confidential advice\, and support. \nSpeak one-to-one with an information and advice officer to find out how to register as an Unpaid Family Carer and what support is available for you. \nThis month\, it will be held at Midlands Metropolitan University Hospital\, on the 5th floor\, outside of the Patient Experience Office. It will be open to anyone from 1:30pm-3:00pm. \nFeel free to pop along\, share this with anyone it may help\, or attend one of the following sessions. They are held every second Wednesday\, rotating between Midlands Metropolitan and Sandwell Hospital. \n

Children will be able to choose from a variety of different activities on a daily basis. \nActivities will include: \n\nTeam Sports & Fitness: Boxing\, Football\, Basketball\, and Dance activities.\nFun Games: Capture the Flag\, Tag\, and mini sport races (such as egg and spoon races\, sack races\, etc.).\nIndoor Fitness: We have a Nintendo Wii Fitness system\, providing children with an indoor option for fitness and sports games.\n\nThe enrichment activities are engaging experiences that support the development of resilience\, character\, wellbeing\, and wider educational attainment. These activities help children build confidence\, social skills\, and a love of learning.
