Bring the whole family (dogs are welcome too)! \nThere are over 40 confirmed information stands alongside activities such as tai-chi\, yoga\, and face painting\, and live performances from the likes Sohran Bhangra. \nMidland Mencap will also be bringing their Parkride Accessible Bikes\, giving attendees the chance to experience an accessible wellbeing ride. \nWhether you are a Carer\, support someone who is\, or work in a service that supports Carers\, this event offers a welcoming space to discover support and meet others. \nThe event runs from 10am – 2:30pm\, pop in at any time! \nThe event is totally free and will include tokens for refreshments.
