Families Together\, delivered by Family Action\, provides support for parents and couples living in Sandwell to build healthier relationships\, improve communication and help prevent domestic abuse. \nThe programme supports mums\, dads and co-parents who want to strengthen family relationships in a safe and supportive environment. \nWhat Support Is Available?\nFamilies Together offers a range of tailored support\, including: \n\nWomen’s Toolkit – a 10-week programme covering topics such as self-esteem\, healthy relationships\, communication\, boundaries\, parenting and staying safe.\nAny Man Can – a 12-week programme exploring identity\, communication\, managing anger\, relationships\, consent and future planning.\nOne-to-One Support – up to three personalised sessions for individuals who would benefit from tailored guidance\, including safety planning and signposting where appropriate.\n\nWho Can Access the Programme?\nThe service is available to individuals or couples who are committed to engaging with the programme. \nAccess is available through: \n\nSelf-referral\nReferral from a professional\, such as a social worker\, health visitor\, school or another support organisation.\n\nPlease note the programme is preventative in nature and is not suitable for high-risk domestic abuse cases\, people whose primary need is alcohol or drug misuse\, or those with recent high-risk criminal convictions that may pose a risk to staff or others. \nContact Details\nFamilies Together Sandwell📞 07816 086 861 / 07769 915 977📧 familiestogethersandwell@family-action.org.uk \nFor more information\, visit www.family-action.org.uk or scan the QR code on the leaflet.
