The session is interactive\, supportive\, and ideal for both beginners and those who joined the taster session. \nWhat is Makaton?\nMakaton is an inclusive language programme that uses speech\, signs\, and symbols to support people with learning or communication difficulties. DESCRIPTION:Children’s relaxation and well-being class on Saturdays 11.00 am – 12.00 pm \nWith child mental health on the increase the classes have been devised to help raise self-esteem and confidence in children\, support the development of healthy behaviour and help rise the achievement for children. \nRelax Kids is a unique method of introducing children to relaxation. Each session is completed by using a seven step program that we have created which revolves around elements of social and emotional aspects of learning.
