The St Albans Carers Forum takes place on the last Wednesday of every month from 10:00am to 11:00am.
The forum is open to all carers and provides a safe, supportive space to talk openly, seek advice, share experiences, and connect with others who may be facing similar challenges.
As the forum continues to grow, we hope to welcome guest speakers and run information sessions, ensuring carers have access to as much relevant support and guidance as possible.
Free refreshments will be provided!
